Try as I might, I end up with lots of paper that could be recycled from the office. And I can't bring it home to recycle because I live in the county. It would be great if there were bins for office buildings, too. If only 35% of city residents are expected to participate initially, wouldn't it be helpful for businesses to add to the volume of recyclables?
