		<description>When will they also serve small businesses and/or office buildings?  Try as I might, I end up with lots of paper that could be recycled from the office. And I can&#039;t bring it home to recycle because I live in the county. It would be great if there were bins for office buildings, too. 

If only 35% of city residents are expected to participate initially, wouldn&#039;t it be helpful for businesses to add to the volume of recyclables?</description>
