		<description>I really don&#039;t understand why, in this age of &quot;Green&quot; awareness, cyclists and pedestrians are fighting for road space.  This should be automatic on the part of politicians and urban planners.  I cannot believe that we must continue to stage rallies and attend public hearings to get provisions for safe cycling and walking routes in cities.</description>
