Is the promotion of this &quot;high speed train&quot; based upon the dazzling success of Accela?  There is a good reason that all the freight carriers off-loaded their passenger service to create Amtrak in the first place. Can you guess what it is?  What passenger train in the US has it ever been &quot;tough to get a ticket&quot; on?</description>
