More options for local food, but ya gotta go to make it work

Yesterday’s Savannah Morning News highlighted The Market at Trustees’ Garden‘s expanded hours (now on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings) as well as the up-and-coming Forsyth Farmers’ Market (located at the south end of Forsyth Park starting May 9th).  Check out the article HERE and GO!

    Do you know who to contact to help out with the Forsynth Farmer’s Market? I’m moving to Savannah this summer from Oregon and would like to help foster a sustainable Savannah! I have experience in Food System Planning and a family member that serves on the Board of Directors for the Portland Farmer’s Market. I’m looking forward to building a new community in Savannah!
