As a native of Savannah, I have always marveled at just how much my home town reminds me of cities in Northern Europe that I have lived and worked in. Check out this blog about bike commuting in Copenhagen. TK.

I live in Dunwoody and have a house on Tybee. My office is 3 miles form my apartment in Dunwoody. Up until recently I drove my 300D to work every day. When this so called gas shortage hit, I brought my trusty commuter bike back to Atlanta and have been riding every day from my apartment to my office. I still use the car to drive to Savannah and back but during the week I ride the bike. It takes me only 15 minutes, I get some cardio exercise, reduce smog and traffic, and take a few dollars out of some oil sheik's pockets! I love it!
